His primary roles included patch management, audits, troubleshooting, onsite repairs, providing remote support, and completing routine maintenance – tasks in which he succeeded.
Though Ahmed Ismaiel Martinez wants to keep working in the networking and security fields, he also wants to diversify his work experience. He believes people will continue to demand quality information technology and security services as the Internet of Things – the IOT – continues to grow and society puts more data online. He strives to stay current with learning and the best practices within his field so he can better serve the companies and the people he works for. He demonstrates this commitment by staying up to date with industry publications and working to better himself through continuing certification.
